Immigration service and passport photos are available to the general public on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Service is walk-in, no appointment necessary. The fee is $15. Payment can be made in cash, checks made payable to the International Institute of Minnesota, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa only).
