Legal Services Fund
In 2025, the Institute served more than 3,000 New Americans through legal services that helped them earn their U.S. citizenship, obtain a Green Card, or make other status adjustments. During this critical time, many refugees and immigrants are eager to earn the benefits and protections these adjustments can offer.
When you make a gift, Institute clients will be able to affordably apply for Green Card adjustments, and U.S. citizenship. Our expert staff will represent each applicant through the complex process and screen them for eligibility and fee waivers. Last year, we saved our clients $575,000 in USCIS filing fees.
Access to these services is more important than ever.
This year, we plan to expand legal services by 50%.
Your donation helps us provide security and protection for immigrants and refugees.
