Ruslana is originally from Ukraine and speaks four languages: Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, and English. She holds a bachelor’s degree in teaching and translation and has over five years of experience in education, interpretation, and customer service roles.

She is passionate about supporting immigrant and refugee communities and helping people feel welcomed, understood, and supported. Ruslana enjoys helping others to build confidence and achieve their educational and professional goals.
