By substantially increasing the International Institute of Minnesota’s facility size, we’ll double the number of workforce program participants each year, including programs aimed at in-demand hospitality and medical careers. At least 500 New Americans will benefit each year from the Institute’s expansion.
“We are grateful to all of our supporters that have helped make this expansion possible,” said Jane Graupman, executive director of the Institute. “Even before the pandemic, the Institute experienced a significant increase in demand for our services. We’re excited to be able to accommodate this growth, which will create a more vibrant and visible presence on Como Avenue.”
