Refugee Services Case Manager

As the daughter of refugees who resettled in Canada, fleeing war-torn countries in search of better opportunities, Agartuu felt a calling when she saw the role for a refugee services case manager at the Institute. Agartuu says she deeply understand the challenges, resilience, and hope that come with rebuilding a life in a new country.

Her personal background, combined with her strong professional and educational experience within social services, has given her the skills needed to support individuals and families through difficult transitions. Agartuu is excited to find fulfillment in helping others succeed, empowering refugee communities, and making a meaningful difference through her work as a Refugee Case Manager at International Institute of Minnesota.
