Finance Assistant

Ervin began his career as an accounting assistant at a not-for-profit organization, where he quickly demonstrated his skill and knowledge. He later joined Access Bank Liberia as a Junior Internal Auditor and quickly rose through to the ranks to become head of the audit function. He worked as lead revenue auditor and audit supervisor, conducting and supervising tax audits for several companies, and gained experience in various industries and sectors. Throughout his career, he has become a trusted and reliable financial personnel.. His passion for numbers and meticulous attention to detail have helped him become a top-performing accounting professional.

The opportunity to work with the International Institute of Minnesota (IIMN) as the Accounting Assistant, given its different programs and diversity of clients as advertised, was inspiring for him due to his desire to help people whenever he can, irrespective of their race, color, religious background, and political affiliations. Ervin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with distinction (cum laude) from the University of Liberia.
