Employment Counselor 

Endalkachew Chala is an Employment Counselor with the Nursing Assistant Training (NAR) Program at the International Institute of Minnesota. Passionate about supporting immigrant communities, Endalkachew finds great fulfillment in helping individuals settle and build meaningful careers in their new home. He brings a strong background in academia, where he previously worked as an educator, into the non-profit sector, offering guidance and resources to new Americans as they embark on their professional journeys.

In his role at the Institute, Endalkachew is dedicated to empowering clients with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed in Minnesota . He loves the sense of community and connection that the Institute fosters and is excited to help individuals take their first steps toward rewarding careers in healthcare and beyond
