Hospitality Pathway Instructor

Gabriella Agoston, originally from Romania, holds a Master of Arts in Education from Truman State University in Missouri. Her multilingual proficiency enables her to connect with students in their native languages, fostering their confidence in overcoming challenges related to English reading and writing and navigating the often overwhelming process of finding employment with new acquired skills in the US. Over the past decade, she has served as a paraprofessional and English Language Arts teacher in Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. Currently based in Minnesota, she is the Hospitality Career Pathway Instructor at IIMN. 

Gabriella is dedicated to educating students from diverse backgrounds and supporting them as they embark on their educational journey in the United States. As a new citizen, she understands her students’ challenges and is committed to guiding them towards success,  in learning about American culture, education opportunities and employment search while respecting their cultural heritage.
