Senior Director of Workforce Development

JP joins the International Institute with 10 years of experience in workforce development and has overseen the launch of a variety of innovative program pathways, including at Chrysalis. He brings a broad range of leadership experiences in both the non-profit and for-profit industry.

Most recently, he worked in the tech start-up and green jobs sector, where he led financial and operational expansion across the Midwest.
