Kari Anderson

Financial Coach

Kari’s diverse career has included over 15 years as a relationship manager at a major commercial bank, executive leadership roles at a private foundation and a public nonprofit supporting immigrants and refugees, a retail sales associate and as an independent consultant. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, her Masters of Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, and an International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance from Fordham University.

As a Financial Coach, Kari works with clients to create lifelong financial skills. She is honored to contribute to the Institute’s work by integrating financial well-being on the path of realizing dreams for all new Americans who come to the Institute for support.
