Sarah Burbage began her work at the Institute in January 2022 during the height of the Afghan housing crunch. She uses her past experiences in quality assurance and compliance to secure high-quality housing at favorable lease terms for New Americans.

Sarah loves children and always makes sure to place toys on each child’s bed when setting up a home for a family.
