Stephen’s background is in Finance, Business Development and management for small businesses in the US and abroad both as an owner and employee. He has over 15 years of experience creating and facilitating financial solutions for small businesses and Non-profits to be financially stable and compliant with Government regulations. 

He studied Business and Finance at Makerere University in Uganda and attained certifications in Business Development and Financial Industry Essentials in Minnesota. 

Stephen is motivated and proud to be part of the team at the Institute that works every day because he believes in the Mission and Core values of the Institute to empower and support the new Americans start a new life and become full contributing members of the American economy.
