Teach newly arrived immigrants and refugees how to use public transportation.

Estimated hours: At least three 1-2.5-hour shifts per month, for a minimum of three months.

Support our College Readiness Academy students with writing, test prep, conversation and digital literacy support.

Estimated hours/week: Minimum 2 hours/week

Assist in attending U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services interviews with clients seeking to obtain U.S. citizenship.

Estimated hours/week: Approx. 5-7 hours per case and 3-5 interviews in a 6-month period

Organize a Housing Donation Drive to collect essential housing items for newly arriving refugee families and individuals.

Help newly arriving refugees by setting up their home to be move-in ready.

Estimated hours/week: 6-10 hours/week

Assist English teachers and students in our English classrooms.

Estimated hours/week: Minimum of 2 hours/week, 3-month commitment

Converse with our Professional Leadership students one-to-one as you help them practice job interview skills.

Estimated hours/week: One-time, 1.5-hour commitment (June 26 and/or July 9)
