Raya Quttaineh is a journalist at KARE 11. She emigrated from Jordan to the United States as a child. Raya grew up in Saint Paul and has a deep admiration for people and organizations that support immigrants and refugees. “As an immigrant myself, I am thrilled to be a part of New Americans New Beginnings, as the International Institute of Minnesota continues its important mission of helping New Americans find stability and success. Based on my family’s experience, I know how necessary this work is, and I’m deeply grateful for IIMN and its impact on our community.”
