How to Help

Unprecedented ICE activity in Minnesota has caused fear, danger, and unjust treatment and detainment of immigrants and refugees in the community. The International Institute of Minnesota stands with all immigrants and refugees and is committed to their safety.

A gift in any amount helps us: 

  • Expand our legal services to provide help to clients facing immigration emergencies, and to those eligible for Green Cards and Citizenship. 
  • Share timely information with clients on how to respond when they are approached by ICE agents and what to do if they are detained. 
  • Conduct welfare checks and deliver groceries to families needing extra help.  
  • Provide a supportive community and continue our programs and services with limited interruptions as New Americans work toward stability and success.
