Director of Operations and Economic Empowerment Programs

Tanya Battista is the Director of Operations and Economic Empowerment Programs. In this role, she can share her passion for helping others achieve their goals. Tanya started at the Institute as a financial coach and managed the youth and financial coaching programs, where she was able to use her experiences as a business owner, teacher and nonprofit program administrator.

As her roles expanded, she was able to dig into her love of learning to grow into managing the Institute’s operations, human resources, IT, building rentals, and Economic Empowerment programs. The best parts of coming to work each day are meeting people from all different backgrounds and handling whatever comes her way.
