Immigration Services Attorney

Rachel Kohler joined the Institute in October 2022. Before joining, Rachel was an immigration attorney for a nonprofit providing legal assistance to victims of domestic and sexual violence. She carries forward her passion for working with immigrants in Minnesota, providing legal advice and representation to people applying for their green cards and U.S. citizenship.

She also continues her work with victims/survivors of abuse by leading the effort to provide immigration assistance to victims of human trafficking.
