Matching Grant Case Manager

In 2021, Sado Ahmed started as an intern in Refugee Services at the Institute. After her wonderful experience as an intern, she returned to the Institute in 2022 to work full time as part of the Refugee Services team.

In her work, Sado helps new arrivals settle into their new home in Minnesota. As a refugee herself, she feels a personal connection to the work she does. Being part of her clients’ journeys is what motivates her. Sado holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from St. Cloud State University.
