Case Manager

Abbey Weiler is working on a new pilot program called Project Thrive. She provides extended case management to refugee families who have lived in Minnesota for about one year. The goal of the program is to assist refugees past the point of initial resettlement services so that they aren’t just surviving here in America, but thriving.

She loves getting to support these families in reaching long-term stability, self-sufficiency and success. This position aligns with her background in youth development, teaching English as a foreign language, sustainable community development and capacity building.
