Volunteer and Community Partnerships Manager

Rachel joins the International Institute of Minnesota team with 15 years of experience in volunteer management and community engagement, with a focus on the intersections of housing/homelessness, hunger, and immigration. With a passion for supporting connections between people, organizations, and ideas, she works with volunteers to meet them where they are to encourage growth, learning, and community.

In the role as the Volunteer & Community Partnerships Manager with the Institute, Rachel will work with volunteers and community partners to engage in meaningful, mutually beneficial ways for the volunteer, the Institute, and those we serve.
