The International Institute of Minnesota received the 2018 Agency Innovation Award presented by Minnesota Resettlement Programs Office (RPO). The nominees in this category were nominated by and voted on by community agencies funded by RPO.

From the NAR program, to College Readiness Academy, to Medical Career Advancement, the IIM has its clients covered. From their first steps in achieving employment in the healthcare field, to preparation for college level coursework when they are ready to advance, to tuition and academic assistance one they are enrolled in a nursing program, the IIM has created a seamless way for immigrants and refugees to better their lives and the lives of their families. What they do is truly empowering and transformative.”
