Dana Onato-Pannkuk
Human Resources Manager
Dana Onato-Pannkuk is a Human Resources professional with over eight years of experience. In 2022, Dana joined the Institute as she was inspired by the work the organization does by serving New Americans.
As part Hawaiian, Dana values the Aloha Spirit because Aloha is more than a word of greeting or farewell. Aloha means mutual respect, affection, compassion, and kindness – expecting nothing in return. She firmly believes that everyone has a right to be heard, seen and advocated for – no matter who they are. Dana believes that adding a personal touch to people’s places of work can boost performance and culture at the same time. She strives to live by these values in work and her personal life by bringing the Aloha Spirit to everyone she meets.
