Emily Linder
Immigration Counselor & DOJ Accredited Representative
Emily Linder assists clients with various immigration processes, including achieving permanent residency, removing conditions from residency, and renewing DACA status.
Emily received a BA in Anthropology from Luther College. Following her undergraduate studies, she worked with refugee clients in Minneapolis in both refugee resettlement and immigration. This work lead her to pursue her master’s degree in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at DePaul University in Chicago. Upon completing her master’s degree, she moved back to Minnesota.
Emily is passionate about working with clients as they navigate the barriers that many face in their journey to self-sufficiency in the United States. She has been with the Institute since 2022.
