Employment Counselor

Ian Erickson is an Employment Counselor with the Institute’s refugee services. He helps refugees find their first job in the United States. His role as an Employment Counselor enables him to help people meet their financial goals and achieve self-sufficiency in their new country.

Ian’s dedication to his job stems from his passion for the international community and his heart for the disregarded and displaced. He enjoys encouraging people in difficult circumstances, empowering them to build endurance in the workplace and allowing them the opportunity to provide for their family and future.
