Mohamed Abdinur
Business Pathway Instructor
Since joining the Institute in 2021, Mohammed has worked in Refugee Services and now teaches Professional Leadership Training & Entrepreneur Class in the Business Pathway. He has more than 20 years of experience working with immigrants, refugees and non-profit organizations in different capacities. Before joining the Institute, Mohamed was an instructor and business coach at Neighborhood Development Center in Saint Paul. He helped emerging entrepreneurs, newly arrived immigrants and refugees learn the fundamentals of running a business in Twin Cities and assisted clients in developing business plans.
Mohamed studied Economics at Cairo University in Egypt and Leadership studies at Augsburg University in Minneapolis Minnesota. He is fluent in English, Arabic, Somali and basic Spanish.
