Matching Grant Case Manager

As a former refugee from Bhutan who arrived in Minnesota in 2010, Ram experienced firsthand the invaluable support provided by the International Institute of Minnesota. They assisted him in finding a part-time job and enrolled him in school, which eventually led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the University of Wisconsin.

Motivated by his own journey, Ram is a passionate Matching Grant Case Manager, dedicated to helping refugees from diverse backgrounds who arrive in Minnesota. With a deep understanding of the challenges and struggles refugees face, he is committed to making a positive impact and providing support to individuals seeking to rebuild their lives in a new country.
