The Nursing Assistant Training prepares New Americans to work as Nursing Assistants, working in nursing homes and other health care facilities. Dedicated Institute employment specialists assist graduates with the job search process. Our 79 employer partners provide countless employment opportunities for our motivated graduates.
The College Readiness for Medical Careers provides college preparation to New Americans and others who would like to begin college-level classes but are not yet college-ready. The Institute site is particularly for adults who are employed or interested in a career in healthcare.

The Institute co-teaches specific sessions of Composition and Human Body Systems at Saint Paul College to ensure student success. The Institute also offers a TEAS prep class held at Saint Paul College.
Medical Career Advancement provides guidance for individuals who want to advance their careers in the medical field. Program participants receive individualized academic advising and support while in college and during early employment.
The Institute’s financial coaches partner with clients in our Medical Careers Pathway Program to assist with debt, credit, savings, budgeting, and spending wisely. They provides clients with financial knowledge and referrals, such as buying a house, obtaining business loans, and saving for college, among other recommendations.
